If you’re not at home to receive your order, our delivery partner will call you to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you. If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us. Call us on 01211440252 within two working days of the third attempt and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Delivery is free on orders of EGP 2500 and above. If your total order value is less than EGP 2500, you will be charged for delivery.
